Fluff French Toast

Calling all French toast aficionados! Swap out your bread for Philly Fluff; it’s a game-changing experience.    

Ingredients: 

  • ⅔ cup milk (any type) 

  • Two large eggs

  • One teaspoon of vanilla extract (Optional)

  • Six thick slices of Mike’s Original Philly Fluff 

  • One tablespoon unsalted butter, or more as needed

We had a blast cooking Fluff French Toast on our campfire this summer!

Instructions: 

  1. In a bowl, mix milk, eggs, and vanilla extract. 

  2. After mixing, dunk slices of Philly Fluff to soak in the mixture. 

  3. While Philly Fluff is soaking, heat a pan (preferably a cast iron skillet) to medium heat.

  4. Let butter melt in the hot skillet before adding soaked Philly Fluff Slices.
